A former Minister for Youth and Sports Development, Solomon Dalung, has announced the passage of his son Nehemiah at the age of 33.
In an emotional statement on his Facebook Page, the heartbroken Dalung disclosed that there were no words to express the deep pain and sorrow.
This came barely 24 hours after the lawyer shared a photo of his son, who lay critically on a hospital bed, as he urged his followers and well-wishers to join him in prayers.
However, on Monday, October 24, the Plateau State-born politician announced that Nehemiah eventually passed away, although details of the cause were not disclosed.

He wrote:
Dalung was Nigeria’s Minister for Youth and Sports Development between November 2015 and May 2019, having been appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari during the first tenure of his administration.

Sports Brief earlier reported that Italian Serie A side Torino mourned the death of their former striker Akeem Omolade who was found lifeless in his car as the tragic incident comes days after he complained of leg pains.
